Features

• User's can now pre-define at Protocol level what items appear in the Qualification Document. A new menu item will now appear when creating/editing a protocol, "Configure Qualification Report".
  For each type of report type there are three options:
  Optional - Allows the user to choose at time of printing whether to include the item.
  Include - Item must be included in the report, user's have no ability to override.
  Exclude - Item will not appear in the report, user's have no ability to override.
  

Fixes

• Corrected an issue to handle the rotation of PDF files when printing a Qualification Document.

• Introduction of AutoFlow for GC, this allows automatic data collection from a VKIT-GFM3 Gas Flowmeter.

• Synchroniser speed greatly improved, users should see a significant reduction in time taken to synchronise data.
  Note: The first synchronise after installing the update will not be any quicker, the synchroniser needs to profile the database so that it can optimize for future sync's. Subsequent synchronises will be much quicker.

• Corrected a potential error caused when trying to close the protocol editing/creation screen after publishing a protocol.
  
• Users can now only clear the default Customer, Department, Location or System records for draft/unpublished protocols. Previously it was possible to also clear for published protocols.

• Improved Audit Trail records for AutoTemp. (Automatic data collection from VKIT-DTM2 2-Channel Thermometer).

• Now possible to clear the default selected Customer, Department, Location and/or System when editing a protocol.
• Default protocol version notes amended to "Version notes not available."

• Files uploaded to the start and end of a Qualification Document are now scaled down to prevent  overlaying with VKIT applied page numbers.
• Qualification Document now allows users to include Failed and/or Skipped tests. Previously users only had the option for Failed and Skipped tests.

• Corrected an issue for AutoFlow users which would sometimes cause the program to freeze when collecting data.

• Corrected an issue where with Audit records for Skipped tests would not appear in the Audit Trail. This only affected the right-click Skip option.
• Extended timeout period for database updates, this corrects a SQLTransaction exception experienced in the last update. 
• Removed references to Cloud and Local when checking the software version.

• Added the ability to record changes to a protocol via a version history. The version history will appear in the printed protocol report. The protocol report will now automatically print after publishing a protocol.
  
• Added the ability to change the test variant after it has been added to a protocol, user's should right click on the test to change. 
• Improvements made to the HPLC AutoFlow functionality.
• The user's display name will now automatically print into the Qualifier name signature box. 
• 'Cloud' is now named 'Online', 'Local' is now named 'Offline'.

• Corrected an issue that would create an incorrect tab order in dynamic tests.
• Corrected an issue that would cause certificate numbers not to display in a summary report in certain circumstances.
• No longer able to change the name of a protocol once created. 

• Corrected an issue affecting electronic signature enabled reports on computers with regional language settings that use a comma (',') as a decimal separator.

• Synchroniser rules for e-signature roles updated. 
• Licence check removed when editing values in a protocol.

Features

• Users are now able to "Archive" protocols. Protocols that are archived are not executable and are retired from use. Archiving affects all published and draft versions of the protocol, these can be restored at any time.
  Note: Protocols can only be archived and restored when in the Cloud software version.
• User accounts can now be "Locked" by a user with Manager permissions. Users that are locked are not able to access the software.
  Note: This feature is only available in the Cloud software version.
• Protocols now have grouping levels ("User defined Protocols" and "Default Protocols").

• Performance improvements to the operation of the synchroniser.
• Corrected an issue which caused customer/ equipment module records to not link correctly when edited. 
• Improved detection when a firewall may be blocking a connection during synchronisation.
• Improved error reporting during synchronisation. Debugging data is now provided to the user, if assistance is required this should be sent to your support provider.
• Taskbar icon will now flash if an error occurs during synchronisation.
• Updated wording when checking for the latest software version.
• Corrected an issue with the "Save as Draft" feature when executing a test.
• Corrected an overlay issue that occurred on some screens.

• Temporary: allow the selection of batches when creating a protocol.
• Additional information added to the error message dialog for the synchroniser.

• Performance improvements to the synchroniser, including improved error handling. Synchroniser will now report its progress on screen.
• Option to include a system details report within the Qualification Document. This replaces the need to run the "VKIT System Details" test.
  
• Test can now be skipped by right clicking and selecting "Skip".
• Qualification test statuses are now reported in capital letters: "PASS", "FAIL", "SKIPPED", "INCOMPLETE".
• Can now choose to filter Certificates of Analysis by their expiry date.

• Corrected typo when viewing list of Qualifications, affected column now reads "Executed By" instead of "Executd By".
• Performance improvements when executing tests.
• Corrected an issue when trying to create a new user.

• Default name for cloned protocols corrected so they no longer contain illegal characters (\, /, #, :, ?, ").

• Update Summary report file name: "Summary Report: " + Protocol Name + Date\Time Printed

• Correction made for Summary report printing, an error would be thrown when printing a certificate which contained no header/ footer data. 

• Correction made for dynamic tests, only applies to tests where over 11 readings were to be taken the order displayed on screen and on a certificate would be incorrect. Reprinting an affected certificate will correct the issue.

• Correction made so the correct Test Variation is now displayed on a certificate. Issue would previously occur in qualifications with the same test more than once. Reprinting an affected certificate will correct the issue. 

• Correction made to prevent made to Int32 error appearing on test screens.

• Changes made to prevent dynamic fields from switching.

• Directed to release notes on software update.

Fixes

• Prevent the use of certain characters (\ / # and ") been used in Protocol names.
• Warning message will now appear if any password secured PDF files have been added to a summary report. Secured PDF files cannot be included in summary reports.
• Horizontal scroll bars added to the additional document sections of the summary report form.
• Fix an issue where duplicate published protocols would appear.
• Prevent duplicate SOPs and COAs appearing on a summary report where the user has selected the option "Keep pages of the same type together".

Features

• Custom logos can now be applied to a subscription, appearing on Certificate, Raw Data and Protocols reports.
• E-signature option now available.
