All v-kit software is supplied with a 30-day warranty, this covers defects in the CD-ROM or software and entitles the holder to replacement software.
Beyond this warranty period and for non-software related issues full v-kit support can be purchased.
v-kit support entitles the holder to:
+ Free-of-charge software updates
+ Remote assistance
+ Technical notes
Notification of software updates will se sent electronically to holders of v-kit support.
Remote assistance is available within our office hours and covers all aspects of v-kit operation. Assistance can be provided via telephone, e-mail and even via remote control of your v-kit PC.
Technical notes will provide tips on using v-kit, including instrument specific instructions.
